About the Centre
A beautiful year-round facility dedicated to our health
The East Beaches Recreation and Wellness Centre will be a facility that will feature many different services and amenities to accommodate the diverse health and recreational needs of people living in the East Beaches recreation area. It will include a well equipped fitness facility, a walking track, a multipurpose gymnasium, the York Boat Assembly Area - a casual meeting space for area residents with a health food bar and in the future an aquatics area with a large indoor swimming pool. The centre will also contain space for lease, ideal for professional health related services and meeting facilities for groups and organizations. When completed, the Centre will become a focal point for healthy living and wellness in our communities.
